Interface with engineering, finance, procurement, and HR departments **Job: Construction Administrative Assistant** **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative support for construction site routines; * Control and organize technical and administrative documents related to the project; * Record and verify invoices, contracts, and purchase orders; * Monitor measurements, costs, materials, and services; * Support timekeeping, overtime tracking, and documentation for employees and third parties; * Track material and service requisitions with suppliers; * Prepare administrative reports and control spreadsheets; * Serve as interface with engineering, finance, procurement, and HR departments; * Ensure compliance with internal project deadlines and procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction projects or civil engineering; * Knowledge of administrative routines, document control, and invoice management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience working on construction sites; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Basic understanding of construction costs, measurements, and contracts.
