This role involves interacting with suppliers, tracking orders, monitoring delivery deadlines, and assisting in negotiations to consistently achieve optimal conditions regarding cost, quality, and delivery time. **Main Responsibilities:** Obtain price quotations from suppliers, issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to agreed deadlines, maintain updated supplier and product databases, assist in negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms, verify invoices and purchase orders, manage minimum stock levels, support procurement planning, and organize departmental documents and reports.
