The challenge of this position is: To keep the boiler, areas, and equipment clean, organized, and operating continuously, preventing shutdowns. To assist operators and maintenance staff by monitoring anomalies and supporting the handling of biomass and waste. If you believe in the power of energy to transform the world, join our team. What you will do here: * Operate front-end loader and support the handling of biomass and waste. * Perform cleaning and organization of the boiler, biomass yard, equipment, and adjacent areas. * Remove combustion residues (ash, sand) and biomass transport residues, directing them for reuse. * Assist operators in checking and monitoring equipment, instruments, and systems. * Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance, painting, and masonry activities. * Immediately report any anomaly or critical situation to the supervisor or responsible operator. * Follow safety regulations and keep the area organized, ensuring continuous equipment operation. What we expect from you: * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license category B; * Experience operating front-end loaders or heavy machinery.
