**DRIVER INSTRUCTOR** **Job Description:** Serve as the technical reference for operating heavy vehicles, including the Rodotrem segment (CNH category AE). Deliver practical, on-site training focused on safe driving practices, road safety, and economical driving. Support the driver team in interpreting telematics data and guiding them toward achieving performance targets. Monitor and support team performance with a critical eye and a focus on continuous improvement. Directly address and resolve issues related to transportation operations. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Master Driver, specifically with heavy-duty fleets and Rodotrem vehicles. Valid and up-to-date CNH category AE license. Current MOPP certification. Knowledge of telematics systems and indicators for economical driving. Willingness to travel. Preferred: Familiarity with routes across different regions of Brazil. Preferred: Proficiency in Excel. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; however, flexibility is required for travel (30–45 days) and for conducting training sessions en route, aligned with drivers’ schedules. **Benefits:** Salary between BRL 4,500.00 and BRL 6,500.00.
