Experience in agricultural companies **Job Opening: HR Analyst \- Farm \- Correntina/BA** \#1077 **Responsibilities:** * Create organizational charts and restructure job and salary tables; * Organize internal HR processes and implement human resource management policies; * Conduct recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees); * Develop, implement, and monitor performance evaluation processes (180° and 360° models); * Develop and monitor performance indicators; * Design and monitor Individual Development Programs (IDP) and Leadership Development Programs (LDP). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in agricultural companies; * Skills in people management and conflict resolution; * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields; * Willingness to reside on a farm; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Meals * Health insurance * Housing
