Job Summary: Act as a technical reference for heavy vehicle driving, training drivers in safe driving practices and supporting the team in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Technical reference in heavy vehicle and Rodotrem driving 2. Conducting practical driving and safety training 3. Supporting the team in interpreting telematics data and performance targets **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Act as a technical reference for heavy vehicle driving, including the Rodotrem segment (Brazilian driver's license category AE). Deliver hands-on, on-site training focused on safe driving practices, safety, and economical driving. Support the driver team in interpreting telematics data and guiding them toward achieving performance targets. Monitor and support team performance with a critical eye and focus on continuous improvement. Directly resolve operational transportation issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience as a Master Driver operating heavy fleets and Rodotrem vehicles. Valid and up-to-date Brazilian driver's license category AE. Current MOPP certification. Knowledge of telematics systems and indicators of economical driving. Availability for travel. Preferred: Familiarity with routes across different regions of Brazil. Preferred: Proficiency in Excel. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; however, flexibility is required for travel (30–45 days) and for delivering training to professionals en route, aligned with drivers’ working hours. **BENEFITS:** Salary between R$ 4.500,00 and R$ 6.500,00.
