Responsibilities and Duties * Provide support to drivers; * Verify orders, checking product, code and quantity, to ensure efficient loading; * Monitor freight price/payment terms; * Vehicle weighing; * Assist in preparing transport documents, data registration/update and other required documents for logistics operations; * Provide support to drivers and carriers on matters related to cargo transportation, answering questions, resolving issues, providing updates on shipment status and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures according to company policies; * Issue fiscal invoices. Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma; * Basic knowledge of logistics processes; * 6 months of experience as Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Logistics Assistant or related roles.
