




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. The PCM (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) comprises a set of managerial activities and processes aimed at ensuring equipment and facility availability, reliability, and efficiency within an organization. PCM involves the proactive planning of all maintenance activities, task scheduling, control of required resources, and monitoring of maintenance performance. Its primary objective is to minimize unplanned downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and extend asset lifespan. PCM covers activities such as corrective maintenance scheduling when needed, spare parts inventory management, allocation of qualified personnel, and data analysis to continuously improve maintenance processes. It is a critical component of asset management in industries and organizations that rely on equipment to operate effectively and efficiently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan scheduled maintenance activities: personnel, materials, and other necessary inputs; * Manage and enter maintenance plan revisions into SAP\-PM, subject to required approvals; * Validate execution of scheduled maintenance activities; * Register and update PMs (Preventive Maintenance tasks), Inspection Routes, and Training Matrices in SAP\-PM; * Ensure proper procedures for opening and closing Work Orders in SAP\-PM; * Ensure compliance with corporate maintenance management standards; * Guarantee that Technical Instructions (ITs) are included in the Training Matrix and in the DTM (Maintenance Work Diagnosis); * Identify and analyze deviations in the execution of scheduled activities and data reporting; * Train maintenance teams on SAP\-PM routines; * Associate spare parts with equipment hierarchy and criticality, adjusting material planning accordingly; * Compile historical data on spare parts requisitioned from inventory; * Monitor acquisition and scheduling of critical materials; * Measure and analyze Wrench Time results and improvements; * Update charts tracking maintenance activities and KPIs; * Oversee real-time management of Plant activities; * Collect information from various available sources to consolidate Plant and Corporate KPIs; * Structure and calculate Maintenance KPIs and monitoring metrics (technical and cost-related); Generate pre-established maintenance reports: cost, man-hours (HH), Wrench Time, and maintenance materials. * **Requirements and Qualifications** JOB REQUIREMENTS * Academic Background: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel. * Teamwork People Management * SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE * Experience in Maintenance * Experience in Scheduling and Planning. * Experience with the SAP system. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in the electrical sector (specifically in solar and/or wind farms) **Additional Information** Work Location: Galinhos/RN Plant: Ventus Wind Complex Work Mode: On-site At Auren Energia, we believe the future lies in innovative ideas, sustainable actions, and a more positive world; and what truly makes the difference in creating our synergy is who we go with!
