**We Are Hiring a Production Supervisor** ============================================== Salinor | Macau - RN | On-site Job Description Supervise, coordinate and train teams/shifts of workers involved in the extraction, production and processing of ground/bulk and refined salt. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform activities that ensure compliance with safety and production standards; * Monitor daily production line results; * Reinforce and ensure compliance with company rules, regulations and policies; * Supervise production teams, ensuring tasks are carried out within the refinery; * Keep the production and manufacturing areas clean and organized; * Ensure safety, quality and maintenance standards throughout the production process. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Administration or related fields. * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * 6 months of experience as Supervisor, Foreman or similar role.
