Job Summary:
An industrial instrumentation maintenance professional responsible for corrective, preventive, and calibration activities for analog and digital instruments, as well as automation systems.
Key Highlights:
1. Corrective and preventive maintenance of analog and digital instruments.
2. Calibration and configuration of smart transmitters (HART, Fieldbus).
3. Technical support for industrial automation systems (PLCs).
* Perform corrective maintenance on analog and digital instruments, including pressure, temperature, level, flow, and chemical analysis sensors.
* Carry out preventive maintenance and adjustments on safety and control valves, pneumatic or electric positioners and actuators.
* Perform calibration and configuration of smart transmitters using protocols such as HART and Fieldbus.
* Provide technical support for industrial automation systems, especially PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
* Conduct loop checks and commissioning activities for instrumented systems.
* Interpret and apply P\&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical documentation for diagnostics and service execution.
* Prepare detailed technical reports and record interventions in maintenance management systems.
Requirements:
Technical Education:
Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electrotechnology, or related field.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of instrumentation principles, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems is essential.
Practical Skills: Hands-on ability to perform installations, calibrations, and repairs of instruments accurately and efficiently.
Proactive Attitude: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other maintenance and operations team members.
