Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Contribute to maximizing results and optimizing the quality of current or future surface production processes by issuing technical recommendations, performing risk analysis, and promoting the application of best practices and available techniques. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the support link between Production Engineering, Surface Facilities, Production Operations, and Reservoir teams to improve business profitability by applying joint strategies to optimize processes and operational risks; * Develop and manage fluid flow simulation networks and nodal analysis for surface facilities, including wells; * Coordinate and conduct performance testing of process equipment to achieve optimal service and usage conditions; * Plan growth aligned with facility development plans in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Production Engineering, Reservoir, and Surface Facilities teams; * Provide field technical support, assisting operations personnel with technical calculations related to surface equipment (separators, pumps, meters, valves, etc.); * Prepare descriptive reports for facility improvement projects and present them to regulatory agencies: ANP, Ibama, Fire Department, etc.; * Keep updated DSO (Operational Situation Diagram) and DUT (Land Use Diagram) of the facilities; * Monitor economic limit flow rates at wells, stations, and systems, as well as simulate operational costs; * Identify bottlenecks and constraints by interacting with Production Engineers and participating in risk analyses (HAZID, HAZOP, etc.); * Participate in failure analyses of surface or downhole equipment; * Commit to continuous improvement in business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability.
