" **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, with deep knowledge in administration, configuration, and development on the platform. You will be responsible for optimizing our business processes, ensuring the stability and performance of the Salesforce environment, and leading the implementation of new features. Responsibilities * Act as the technical and functional point of contact for Salesforce, assisting business areas in defining and optimizing their processes. * Perform advanced administration and configuration of Salesforce, including the creation of workflows, flows, automation processes, reports, dashboards, custom fields, objects, and validation rules. * Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when necessary. * Ensure data integrity and platform security by managing profiles, permissions, and sharing rules. * Lead project implementations from requirement gathering to production deployment, following best development practices. * Carry out Salesforce integrations with other tools and systems, such as ERPs and marketing platforms. * Conduct requirements analysis, document technical and business specifications, and plan solution architectures. * Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring effective platform adoption and usage. * Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases to propose continuous improvements. Requirements * Solid proven experience as a Salesforce Analyst or in a similar role, with focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration. * Practical experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Requirements and Qualifications** Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a significant advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Analytical skills to solve complex problems and propose efficient solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
