Job Summary: A carpentry professional responsible for planning and executing woodwork, including fabrication and assembly of components. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of carpentry work at construction sites. 2. Fabrication and assembly of wooden components using tools and machines. 3. Operation of various carpentry machines. Description: Plan carpentry work, including on-site construction, wooden formwork, building protective structures, and wooden roof frameworks. Responsibilities and Duties * Fabricate component parts by sawing, planing, smoothing, drilling, and performing other operations with manual and/or mechanical and electric tools; * Fabricate gates and repurpose road materials to produce components for use in the section; * Assemble wooden components by joining and securing them with glue, screws, or nails to stabilize the assembly; * Operate machines: drill, sander, band saw, circular saw, router, marking gauge, and combustion-powered chainsaw.
