YOUR PROFILE: * High school diploma or technical qualification in Gastronomy. * Knowledge of Food Safety standards and HACCP. * Knowledge of hot kitchen techniques. * Familiarity with international cuisines is a plus. * Experience in the role, including in pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, cafés, markets, and other settings. * Experience in the hospitality sector or large-scale production facilities is a plus. * Customer orientation, teamwork, commitment to staff training, resource management, strong sense of responsibility, urgency awareness, good communication skills, organization, rigor, resilience, and creativity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Produce all items offered on the menu, whether buffet or à la carte. * Maintain and preserve departmental work equipment. * Guide and train kitchen assistants and helpers. * Plan production according to orders. * Request supplies from responsible personnel for production purposes. * Occasionally create exclusive recipes for special events.
