Job Summary: Professional responsible for issuing, modifying, and monitoring shipments, as well as tracking checklists and driver releases. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support for transportation and fleet operations **Responsibilities:** \* Request issuance of CT-e; \* Update driver and vehicle information in the KMM system; \* Create monitoring requests with the insurance company; \* Monitor checklists, coupling and uncoupling procedures, to direct requirements to the maintenance department; \* Track estimated arrival status; \* Approve drivers for trips. **Requirements:** \* Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; \* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; \* Experience with ERP / TMS / KMM systems — an advantage. **Benefits:** Meal or food allowance / Commuter allowance or free parking / Health insurance / Dental insurance / Life insurance / WellHub / PLV.
