Job Summary: Responsible for assisting with contract controller tasks, including monitoring and controlling billing, as well as providing support to the department. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for generally assisting with contract controller tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contract monitoring, preparation of measurement bulletins, and submission for payment. * Control and monitoring of direct billing for contracts, including purchase order creation requests, invoice validation, and submission for payment. * Support to internal and external clients; * Provide support to the operational area by performing activities aimed at the intern’s professional development, with a focus on career growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. * Knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, and contract analysis will be considered a plus; **Position located in Bauru** **Work Modality: 100% In-person.** **Administrative hours from Monday to Friday.** **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Wellhub; Pharmacy discount; Corporate shuttle service; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
