Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend classes and other curricular activities established by the IOCHPE Foundation’s training program; * Comply with the program’s regulations and disciplinary provisions; * Respect and comply with company rules and regulations during the technical-professional training phase; * Uphold quality standards, environmental policy, and occupational safety and health (SGI—Integrated Management System); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be a young person from a family facing economic and social disadvantage; * Have a per capita family income (per person) of up to one minimum wage; * Be currently enrolled in or have completed high school in the public education system; * Show interest in the manufacturing production field; * Not have previously participated in an apprenticeship program at the same company or in the same occupation; * Not be enrolled in any professional or higher education course; * Be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:20 AM to 2:20 PM; * Successfully pass all stages of the selection process (written test, group dynamics, interview, and home visit); * Have been born between 07/01/2005 and 06/01/2008; * Reside in Agudos. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
