Temporary position (until December 23) – Bakery Assistant (Bakery Worker) in Bauru: Position: Level I Technical Bakery Assistant (Bakery Worker) Contract: Temporary Monthly Salary: BRL 3,500.00 Bonus: Up to BRL 400.00 Meal Voucher: BRL 21.34/day (Monday to Friday) Transportation Voucher: BRL 20.00/day Mobile Phone Allowance: BRL 50.00/month Life Insurance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM VR (Meal Voucher) and fuel allowance or transportation voucher reimbursement will be paid after the first 7 business days from the start date. Profile: Prior experience in baking and dough production, including general bread-making. PRIMARY FOCUS IS EXPERIENCE WITH PANETONES; ability to operate ovens and other bakery equipment; manual dexterity for decorating, shaping, and filling doughs; prior experience in this role (minimum 6 months). Candidate must own an Android smartphone. OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES: Maintain organization, hygiene, cleanliness, aesthetic presentation, agility, and concentration; Master recipes to execute products correctly, respecting flavor and quality standards; Package produced items and store them properly; Complete the entire production process while operating in-store; The bakery worker must ensure products are displayed in-store as soon as possible, making this task their responsibility.
