Passion for fashion and customer experience **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in footwear or fashion retail. * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree is a strong advantage) * **FULL AVAILABILITY FOR SHOPPING CENTER HOURS** * Strong leadership and people development skills. * Ability to achieve goals and deliver results. * Business acumen and knowledge of retail KPIs. * Passion for fashion and customer experience. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership and Management:** Recruiting, training, motivating, developing, and coaching sales staff to achieve targets. * **Sales and Operations Management:** Planning sales strategies, cash handling, store closing procedures, and point-of-sale organization. * **Customer Service and Experience:** Ensuring excellence in service, personalizing the shopping experience, and focusing on customer satisfaction aligned with the footwear segment. * **Inventory and Purchasing Management:** Controlling goods inflow/outflow and implementing intelligent inventory management.
