Plan resources (team, materials, equipment, and tools) required for each phase. Control physical progress of the construction project by conducting measurements, comparisons, and progress reports. Monitor risks and deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Issue management reports, performance indicators (S-curve, histogram, productivity, etc.), and dashboards. Support mobilization and demobilization processes for teams and construction site infrastructure.
