Description: Apply quickly by email: Requirements and qualifications: Responsibilities* Handling and Moving Heavy Materials: * Manually load and unload glass sheets and tempered glass onto racks, sawhorses, and trucks. * Transport heavy parts, tools, and supplies within the production and storage areas, using equipment such as manual pallet jacks or carts. * Direct Production Support: * Assist operators in positioning and securing glass sheets on cutting, grinding, and drilling machines. * Support the glass tempering process, ensuring proper organization of parts before and after the furnace. * Perform packaging, order separation, and identification of finished products. * General Services and Infrastructure (Heavy-Duty Work): * Carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks on factory infrastructure (similar to mason duties), such as floor repairs, simple masonry work, and area organization. * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures, trays, and workbenches supporting production. * Perform heavy cleaning and general organization of the factory, yard, and warehouse, ensuring compliance with 5S and safety standards. * Safety and Quality: * Strictly comply with all safety regulations (use of PPE) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Ensure material (glass) integrity throughout handling, minimizing losses and breakage. Desirable: Requirements and QualificationsMandatory Requirements:* Strength and Physical Condition: Excellent physical fitness and willingness to perform heavy, repetitive manual labor, including lifting weights and standing for extended periods. * Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in roles involving heavy labor, such as production assistant, general services on construction sites, warehouse assistant, general helper, or similar activities in civil construction. * Availability: Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts, if required.
