Billing Assistant - Night Shift

Job Summary: The Billing Assistant will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing of shipments, processing invoice exchanges and re-invoicing, issuing toll vouchers, and optimizing related processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and administrative process optimization 2. Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite 3. Driver support and financial reconciliation **This Assistant will be responsible for:** * Ensuring accurate shipment billing; * Performing NF exchanges and re-invoicing; * Issuing toll vouchers; * Valuing transportation services according to vehicle profile; * Requesting CTE (Electronic Freight Bill); * Reconciling MIRO and MIGO documents; * Supporting drivers; * Identifying operational and administrative opportunities to improve process compliance; * Correctly following and applying all internal policies and operational instructions. **Prerequisites:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Prior experience as a billing clerk; * Knowledge of SAP system; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work night shifts.
