* Analyze and monitor production scheduling and performance; * Monitor productivity, efficiency, waste, and rework indicators; * Track production order control, material usage reporting, and consumption; * Identify bottlenecks, process deviations, and propose continuous improvement actions; * Prepare management reports and present results; * Support team leaders and supervisors in decision-making; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards; * Perform Production Planning and Control (PCP) with interface to Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments. Prerequisites: Education: Completed high school (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields is desirable). * Experience: Inventory management, warehouse, or logistics experience is desirable. * Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with performance indicators.
