The professional will be responsible for ensuring vehicle availability, safety, and efficiency by monitoring maintenance, documentation, performance, and operational costs. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the heavy vehicle fleet (registration, entries, removals, and updates). * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring execution within deadlines and quality standards. * Track fleet indicators (fuel consumption, tires, vehicle performance, downtime, etc.). * Control vehicle documentation (licensing, traffic violations, insurance, tracking). * Create and monitor maintenance service orders. * Analyze fleet operational costs and propose cost-reduction initiatives. * Support drivers and operational teams in resolving fleet-related issues. * Liaise with repair shops, suppliers, and insurance companies. * Assist in route planning and logistics support when required. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
