A construction company is seeking a Mason in Bauru (South Zone). RNI is a Brazilian company engaged in the development and marketing of real estate projects. Focused on socially oriented housing, the company strives to provide affordable, high-quality solutions for its customers. **Responsibilities:** Inspect project characteristics by reviewing blueprints and technical specifications. Advise on appropriate material selection and optimal work execution methods. Guide the preparation of mortar mixtures—including cement, sand, and stone—by accurately dosing components to achieve the desired consistency. Lay bricks, tiles, masonry units, and related materials. Construct foundations, erect walls and fences, and build similar structures. Apply plaster to constructed surfaces. Perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures. Assemble and dismantle scaffolding for project execution. Operate concrete mixers. Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. Install underlayment, flooring, and ceramic tile finishes. Perform job-related duties in full compliance with all established organizational health and safety regulations and procedures, as well as use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company and mandated for use. Report immediately to their direct supervisor any activity posing a risk to their own health or that of fellow workers, including the right to halt any activity presenting a serious and imminent accident hazard. Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information. Carry out job responsibilities according to standards defined in the company’s Quality Policy. Maintain equipment under their responsibility and promptly report any issues detected to their direct supervisor. Keep their workplace clean and organized.
