Prerequisites: High school diploma and electrical training (160 hours), NR-10, NR-35 and SEP. Experience in Building Maintenance. Responsibilities: Supervise the maintenance team, electrical, plumbing, building installations and equipment, performing preventive maintenance. Monitor and oversee general construction work at the facility, following internal regulations and safety standards. Check water reservoir supply conditions, perform preventive maintenance on primary switchgear and substations. Carry out hydraulic system cleaning with the team, including unblocking and pipe replacement when necessary. Prepare daily incident reports and action plans, and strictly follow safety, preventive maintenance and asset preservation procedures.
