**About the Company** The SP Mais Escolas project was launched through a partnership between Companhia Paulista de Infraestrutura Social (CPIS) and the Government of the State of São Paulo, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), and is responsible for the construction and operation of non-academic services in state schools. We manage non-academic services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, food services, technology, and administrative support, ensuring safe, functional, and welcoming school environments. Here, your work makes a difference in the daily operations of state schools, ensuring suitable environments for learning. **Job Purpose** Ensure the preservation and proper functioning of the school’s infrastructure and equipment through the execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing a safe environment appropriate for school activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform minor building repairs and repairs to school equipment; * Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance; * Monitor and supervise maintenance services performed by third parties; * Identify and report maintenance needs for the facility; * Ensure the preservation of facilities, furniture, and equipment; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and minor manual repairs – painting, carpentry, etc.); * Ability to follow safety regulations and internal procedures; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
