Job Summary: The Engineer II - Physical Planning manages CAPEX project management processes, optimizes reports in Power BI, and ensures standardization of information across concessionaires. More than vehicles travel our roads — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country's most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **ENGINEER II \- PHYSICAL PLANNING**, you will be responsible for: Managing Project Management processes alongside physical investment planning teams — local, headquarters-based, and those of group concessionaires — overseeing the entire CAPEX investment lifecycle (from project inception to construction), providing end\-to\-end visibility; Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reports in Power BI; Ensuring deliverable quality from each concessionaire’s teams, promoting standardization and reliability of information; Developing and performing critical analysis of schedules against physical investment planning — both pre\-construction and construction phases — identifying timeline deviations and supporting teams in developing action plans to recover or accelerate milestones; Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reports and dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the CAPEX project portfolio management — for both headquarters and Arteris Group concessionaires — ensuring data quality; Creating and identifying KPIs and analyzing physical and financial data; Standardizing project management methodologies applied across the group, supporting development of guidelines, templates, and suggestions for tactical and operational project management; Consolidating physical planning information received from concessionaires, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and standardization; Using and promoting corporate project management tools, contributing to their correct application and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is essential that you have:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; MS Project; Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI; Process automation skills using Excel (VBA/macros) and experience developing data management dashboards. **It would be a plus if you have:** Experience as a Planning Technician; Knowledge of Project Management. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Profit Participation Program (PPR); Medical Assistance; Dental Plan; Telemedicine; “Cuidando de Perto” Program (Close Care Program); Emotional Health Program; Wellness Platform; Arteris Baby Program; Diversity & Inclusion Program: Official document name rectification for transgender and non\-binary individuals; Meal or Food Allowance; Pharmacy Allowance; Transportation Allowance; ArterisPrev (Supplementary Pension); Payroll Deductible Loan; Childcare Assistance (for women with children up to age 6, or men with full legal custody per court order); Life Insurance; Birthday Day\-off; 6\-month maternity leave and 20\-day paternity leave; Flexible Working Hours (administrative roles only); Remote Work (1 day/week, administrative roles only); UAD \- Arteris University of Development.
