**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an **ENGINEER II \- PHYSICAL PLANNING**, you will be responsible for:
Managing Project Management processes alongside physical investment planning teams — local, headquarters-based, and those of group concessionaires — overseeing the entire CAPEX investment lifecycle (from project inception to construction), providing end\-to\-end visibility;
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reports in Power BI;
Ensuring deliverable quality from each concessionaire’s teams, promoting standardization and reliability of information;
Developing and performing critical analysis of schedules against physical investment planning — both pre\-construction and construction phases — identifying timeline deviations and supporting teams in developing action plans to recover or accelerate milestones;
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reports and dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the CAPEX project portfolio management — for both headquarters and Arteris Group concessionaires — ensuring data quality;
Creating and identifying KPIs and analyzing physical and financial data;
Standardizing project management methodologies applied across the group, supporting development of guidelines, templates, and suggestions for tactical and operational project management;
Consolidating physical planning information received from concessionaires, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and standardization;
Using and promoting corporate project management tools, contributing to their correct application and continuous improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **It is essential that you have:**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
MS Project;
Microsoft Office Suite;
Power BI;
Process automation skills using Excel (VBA/macros) and experience developing data management dashboards.
**It would be a plus if you have:**
Experience as a Planning Technician;
Knowledge of Project Management.
