Job Summary: The Production Analyst oversees construction project execution, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control, while performing activities in Civil Engineering. Contribute to fulfilling dreams and transforming lives As a Production Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing construction execution, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost. You will monitor and perform activities in the field of Civil Engineering, including project development, construction control, and identifying improvements to scheduling and physical progress, thereby enabling readiness for the targeted professional role and enhancing knowledge of the company's businesses, products, or services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise service execution, ensuring quality according to company-defined standards. * Monitor the physical progress of construction using the specific schedule, ensuring expected progress. * Accompany the manager in meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity scheduling, identify potential deviations, and develop action plans for correction. * Assist in preparing supplier measurement spreadsheets using specific documentation for manager approval. * Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations on site, following parameters outlined in regulations (NR18 and others), to mitigate accidents. * Identify requirements for purchasing materials and contracting services, schedule material deliveries and commencement of activities per the construction schedule, to ensure timely progress. * Ensure construction compliance with internal and external support-area audits, adhering to company procedures and standards, to remain aligned with project goals. * Update departmental KPIs by gathering relevant analyses for performance measurement, aiming to improve outcomes. * Guide and support Assistants in their tasks whenever requested. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Experience in this role or related functions * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Safety Regulations (specific) * Technical Standards (specific) Project Reading At Vitta, our mission is: **to fulfill dreams and transform people's lives.** In ten years, we have become part of many people’s stories—whether customers who achieved homeownership or colleagues who share our passion for innovation.
