Key Responsibilities: Act as a support point for students, providing guidance with empathy and clarity; Contribute to maintaining an organized, safe, and welcoming environment; Support academic routines responsibly and with attention to detail; Manage access control and monitor movement across spaces; Provide basic support for audiovisual and IT equipment. Requirements: Proactive profile with initiative and sense of urgency; Attention to detail and organizational skills; Strong communication and active listening skills; Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups; Professional demeanor and strong sense of responsibility; Interest in learning, developing, and growing professionally; Ability to work well in a team; Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of audiovisual equipment; Basic IT knowledge; Basic or intermediate Spanish.
