Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for the Role** We seek a **Data Analyst / BI** to work at **ALPLA Group**, focusing on **data analysis, dashboard development, and insight generation** to support decision-making across business and industrial operations. A professional with an **analytical, proactive, and data-oriented profile**, capable of transforming information into **clear, reliable, and actionable indicators**, working closely with end-user departments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources * Develop and maintain **management dashboards and reports** * Create and monitor **KPIs and performance indicators** * Support business areas in interpreting data * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance * Automate BI reports and processes * Collaborate with industrial, operational, and administrative departments * Document data models, metrics, and processes * Act **proactively** to identify opportunities for improvement ### **Mandatory Technical Skills** * Experience as a **Data Analyst or BI Analyst** * Strong proficiency in **Power BI** (modeling, DAX, dashboards) * Knowledge of **SQL** for querying and data manipulation * Experience in **ETL / data processing** * Knowledge of **data modeling** * Experience with operational and business KPIs * Experience in corporate / industrial environments ### **Desirable Skills** * Experience with **ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or similar)** * Knowledge of **Python** for data analysis * Experience in **industrial / manufacturing environments** * Experience with **cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)** * Knowledge of **data governance** ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and organized mindset * Strong communication skills for business interaction * Ability to translate data into insights * **Proactivity and ownership mindset** * Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement ### **Work Model** * **Employment type:** **(CLT or PJ – to be defined)** * **Work model:** **Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite** * **Location:** **Itapevi – SP**
