Build this story with us.** Via Raposo is one of the largest ongoing highway infrastructure projects in the State of São Paulo and is part of the 1,800 km of highways qualified under the São Paulo State Investment Partnerships Program (PPI-SP). We are transforming 285 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and development to the entire region. With lane duplications, new footbridges, service roads, lighting, and monitoring technology, this project marks a new chapter for Raposo Tavares Highway. And none of this happens without people. Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and Duties** Work strategically within the accounting area, ensuring proper application of accounting and corporate regulations, integrity of financial information, and compliance with legal and corporate deadlines, thereby supporting the company’s decision-making process. * Execute and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring consistency of balances; * Participate in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including explanatory notes; * Ensure accurate accounting treatment of complex transactions (provisions, financial instruments, leasing, impairment, equity method, business combinations, among others); * Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits, providing clarifications and technical support; * Support management in analyzing the accounting implications of new business initiatives, contracts, and corporate restructurings; * Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal standards, and applicable legislation; * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization; * Provide technical support to internal departments (Tax, Controller, Legal, Procurement); * Participate in corporate projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences**; * Solid experience in accounting for large enterprises; * Advanced knowledge of **IFRS and BR GAAP**; * Experience with external audit (Big Four experience is a plus); * Experience with **large-scale ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.); * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** On-site work location: Bauru / São Paulo **Benefits****:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Childcare assistance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies); Christmas basket What other paths do you still want to transform, and what other opportunities do you still want to pursue?
