Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented professional to develop and manage service procurement, engage with suppliers, and drive innovation in the sector. Stay alert to Supply Chain opportunities and trends We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, ease in working within multidisciplinary teams, an owner's mindset, and a focus on results. Proactive, engaged, and innovative! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and execute service procurement planning via the Bauru \- SP regional office, aligning price, timeline, and quality criteria to meet requesting departments' needs; * Prepare competitive benchmarking maps; * Present scenario analyses; * Adhere to the planned procurement schedule; * Participate in drafting and activating contract drafts; * Request and jointly develop procurement scopes with relevant departments; * Visit suppliers to inspect facilities; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers; * Identify and cultivate reliable and alternative supply sources; * Develop new business partners; evaluate and approve suppliers; * Continuously monitor market conditions and remain attentive to Supply Chain opportunities, trends, and other dynamics; * Stay alert to emerging technologies applicable to the construction industry; * Assume and manage risks in accordance with governance and compliance principles, remaining sensitive to these factors in an environment of constant change; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education (a Bachelor's degree is preferred) Relevant experience in procurement or engineering. * **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Technical knowledge of construction projects; * Negotiation skills; * Contract management; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with technical-commercial equalization processes, proposal validation and presentation, and competitive comparison tables; * Interpersonal Skills: ability to establish partnerships and formulate optimal strategies with requesters and suppliers. **Additional Information** * The Company Offers: * Competitive salary * Medical and Dental Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VR/VA) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Gympass/Wellhub * Birthday Day Off * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) At Vitta, our mission is to **fulfill dreams and transform people's lives.** In 10 years, we have become part of many people’s stories — whether clients who achieved homeownership or colleagues sharing our passion for innovation.
