




Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead technical operations, organize workflow processes, and drive the evolution of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring predictability and quality. Develop teams and influence architectural and technical decisions. We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead technical operations, workflow organization, and team evolution. This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring predictability, quality, delivery pace, and people development. You will be responsible for multidisciplinary teams, including: * Multi-platform development (Desktop, Web, and mobile) * UX/UI * Product Owners Technical maturity is essential to provide input, guide direction, and make decisions, as well as the ability to develop teams. **Responsibilities** **Leadership, Development, and Culture** * Conduct 1:1 meetings, individual development plans, and performance tracking. * Enhance teams' technical, emotional, and process maturity. * Identify improvement opportunities, skill gaps, and training needs. * Foster a psychologically safe environment with autonomy and accountability. * Guide technical leaders and POs in decision-making. **Team Management and Operations** * Organize and prioritize tasks across maintenance, new products, and legacy systems. * Monitor execution, deadlines, quality, and continuous delivery flow. * Ensure alignment across organizational departments. * Manage productivity metrics, failures, bugs, and technical evolution. **Technical Management** * Participate in architectural and technical decisions (backend, frontend, mobile, APIs). * Track risks, guide solutions, and unblock bottlenecks. * Support the technological transition from legacy to modern technologies. * Validate estimates and ensure well-defined scope. **Process Organization** * Establish clear development, QA, versioning, and deployment workflows. * Ensure documentation, acceptance criteria, and best practices. * Implement continuous improvements and efficient rituals (refinements, dailies, reviews). **Product Collaboration** * Work closely with POs to align strategy, business, and technology. * Moderate discussions on need, effort, and impact. * Ensure products evolve with stability, quality, and value. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Proven experience as a technical leader, coordinator, or development manager. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Hands-on experience with architectural decisions and software engineering. * Experience managing multiple teams and concurrent demands. **Desirable** * Experience with legacy migration (Delphi, .NET, etc.). * Knowledge of UX/UI. * Experience in industrial systems, ERPs, etc. **Soft Skills** * Clear and direct communication * Decision-making ability * Organizational skills and systemic vision * Conflict management * Emotional maturity * Ability to teach, guide, and develop people
