




Job Summary: A professional to assist with operational activities, customer service, and administrative routines, ensuring quality and timely execution in a dental clinical environment. Focusing on internal and external customer satisfaction **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist effectively in activities, procedures, focused service, and operational routines, aiming for high-quality deliverables and adherence to required, legal, and agreed-upon deadlines for operations and departmental needs; * Understand the needs of internal and external customers; serve as the focal point for resolving discrepancies and handling specific cases; contribute proactively, diligently, respectfully, and add value to collaborative work; * Perform daily cash opening and closing procedures, receiving cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods; * Generate, control, and manage operational processes related to service commitment agreements for dental clinics in general; * Clarify customer-related queries concerning contracts, clinical expenses, and general dental procedures; * Control physical file management and subsequently dispatch files to the IES’s permanent archives department; * Proactively and accurately maintain the systemic clinical history; * Receive and provide support services to customers, patients, visitors, and companions; assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person. Observe internal security protocols, verify identification documents and customer credibility, and report security issues to leadership. Handle monetary receipts, organize information, and plan daily work activities. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum Education Level: Completed High School * Preferred Education Level: Technical or Higher Education (in progress) * Six months of relevant experience; experience in clinical service companies is an advantage; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Empathy, attentiveness, flexibility, organizational skills, and ability to efficiently manage conflicts; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
