




The field technician will: • Prepare, configure, and test electronic devices and Android devices used in operations (where applicable); * Perform on-site installation and activation of the Aiko/TrackIT telemetry system; * Diagnose and install telemetry on heavy equipment and vehicles (forestry machinery, trucks, light vehicles, and support equipment), including required connections and validations; * Conduct operational validation (signal, GPS, power supply, readings, and events) and correct installation/configuration failures; * Support parameterization and go-live per operation/equipment, with installation documentation (checklist, evidence, and machine-specific report); * Train and guide operators and maintenance personnel on best practices for system usage, alert interpretation, and care for installed components; * Collaborate with operations/maintenance/PCP to ensure configuration adherence to field routines. REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work on-site (forestry operations); * Valid driver’s license, Category B; * Knowledge of electronics; * Knowledge of 12/24V electrical systems (power supply, fuses, grounding, wiring harnesses, and connectors); * Proficiency in using tools and instrumentation (multimeter, drill, crimping tools, etc.); * Basic mechanical knowledge (to interface with equipment and field routines); * Organizational skills to document installations, evidence, and activation checklists.
