Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, specimen collection, material organization, and support to the laboratory team. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service and guidance regarding examinations 2. Collection of various biological specimens for testing 3. Essential support to the laboratory team and triage 1\. Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person, inform patients about preparation requirements for examinations, and provide all necessary information while striving to meet beneficiaries' needs; 2\. Collect blood, vaginal/anal secretion, nasal secretion, and mycological specimens (skin/nail/hair scrapings); 3\. Provide instructions for semen analysis and urine/fecal examinations; 4\. Organize collection booths and manage materials used during and after specimen collection; 5\. Receive and assist customers at the front desk, clarifying doubts when necessary; 6\. Assist the laboratory team with patients, performing tasks within their scope of responsibility. 7\. Deliver examination pickup protocols to customers; 8\. Assist the Triagem department with centrifugation and separation of specimens, as well as assembly of transport kits; 9\. Report any irregularities or suspected fraud to management. **Minimum Education:** Technical Course
