**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide first-level IT incident support via telephone calls or web-based tickets, using standardized scripts, remote access tools, and procedures available in the knowledge base;
* Register incidents and/or requests submitted by users via telephone or web, and escalate them to other resolution teams—or resolve them directly if within the scope of first-level resolution;
* Manage the incident/request queue using specialized tools;
* Ensure incidents/requests are addressed within SLA timelines;
* Organize and control materials required for departmental tasks through management-established controls;
* Create and maintain user and equipment records in institutional management tools;
* Maintain technical support and maintenance tracking via computerized reports to assist Service Desk supervision and service progress monitoring;
* Understand environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activities, as well as applicable legal requirements, supporting actions to minimize environmental impact and improve environmental performance toward process compliance;
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Technical degree in Information Technology or completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Technology or related fields.
**Mandatory Knowledge:** Experience in Help Desk support (remote and/or on-site); Experience in the healthcare sector.
**Desirable Knowledge:** Windows operating system; Active Directory (user creation and maintenance); Microsoft Office suite.
**Differentiator:** Experience with the **Tasy** (MV) system.
**Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 5:00 PM–8:00 PM / 8:15 PM–11:00 PM — 36 hours/week — 180 hours/month — 6x1 shift rotation — Days off according to schedule
