Job Summary: Providing technical support to regular users and VIPs, handling requests and incidents, with a focus on low- and medium-complexity solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with various teams and hierarchical levels **Profile**: Knowledge of microcomputing and the requirements listed below **Scope:** **Responsibilities:** Handle user requests and incidents, resolving\-them in accordance with technical procedures and agreed deadlines. Provide technical support to customers regarding resolution of low- and medium-complexity incidents. Investigate, diagnose, and test the solution to the problem before contacting the requester; Collaborate with other support tiers to identify appropriate solutions. Interact with customers across all hierarchical levels. Support end users by assisting and resolving their questions related to support/infrastructure/systems. **Experience:** Strong written and verbal communication skills; resilience, dynamism, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure; Basic knowledge of IT Governance (ITIL); Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools; Good interpersonal skills within the team; Willingness to work overtime; **Requirements:** Providing technical support to regular users and VIPs via remote access or on-site visits; Configuration/formatting of desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices; Installation of operating systems; Access management and Active Directory (AD) knowledge (mandatory); Hardware knowledge for preventive maintenance; Proficiency in Office 365 \- account creation, password resets, groups, and permissions; Knowledge of Windows 10/11; Work model: 100% on-site (Barra Bonita\-SP) **Address**: Unnamed Road \- Jardim das Orquídeas, Barra Bonita \- SP, 17340\-000 **Period**: 03/23/2025 to 04/20/2025 \- 08:15 AM to 05:45 PM, Monday through Friday; (1 hour 30 minutes lunch break) Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT), Temporary, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 1 month Compensation: R$2\.420,00 per month Work Location: On-site
