




We are seeking a **Payroll Assistant** to work in the Human Resources department, with a primary focus on payroll-related activities. This professional will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the organization, control, and monitoring of labor-related processes, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation and providing support to employees. The role involves collaborating with an external accounting firm to perform controls, verifications, and submission of information, as well as supporting general HR initiatives such as climate, culture, engagement, performance evaluations, and corporate events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Payroll; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience handling electronic timekeeping systems, working hour controls, and labor regulations; * Experience managing vacation schedules and employee benefits; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Aptitude for technology and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; * Effective communication skills and professional demeanor; * Discretion and ethics when handling confidential information. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Sólides RH and Sólides DP platforms; * Canva proficiency for creating announcements and presentations; * Experience working with external accounting firms. **Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor routine payroll activities; * Process, verify, and close electronic timekeeping records; * Manage vacation-related procedures (including tracking acquisition and granting periods); * Procure, track, and account for employee benefits; * Verify payroll data in coordination with the external accounting firm; * Control and organize labor-related documents and physical/digital files; * Monitor Occupational Health and Safety processes, occupational medical examinations, and mandatory documentation; * Support employees by addressing questions regarding labor procedures and benefits; * Assist with performance evaluations and updates to Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Support the organization of corporate events and initiatives related to workplace climate, culture, retention, and engagement.
