Our **Cashier Operator** is responsible for: \- Opening and closing the cash register; \- Receiving customer payments; \- Recording expenses in the systems; \- Forwarding purchase contracts and closing documents to finance; \- Responding to customers contacting via WhatsApp; \- Forwarding broadcast lists produced by the Media department; \- Confirming customer Pix payments with the finance team; \- Finalizing sales made during store events, such as dropix and live streams; \- Processing exchanges and filling out vouchers for customers; \- Reserving items upon customer request; \- Delivering online purchases picked up at the store; \- Being responsible for the care and maintenance of the store's cell phone, always remaining attentive; \- Assisting with store organization; \- Providing support for daily operational demands. **Schedule**: We will have two teams, the opening team and the closing team, on a 5x2 rotating shift: **Opening team** shift at the collab (store): from 08:30 to 18:30 **Closing team** shift at the collab (store): from 09:30 to 19:30 Saturdays fixed schedule for everyone: from 09:00 to 19:00 Day off will be Sunday plus one additional day off from Monday to Saturday (A monthly rotating schedule including all employees will be provided at the beginning of each month). **NOTE:** The expected start date is **December**!
