We are seeking an Automation professional to develop, test, and commission fuel monitoring and control systems, ensuring operational safety, reliability, and compliance with Energ’s technical standards. **Position Summary** Responsible for developing PLC logic in Ladder language and creating HMI screens for fuel monitoring and control systems. The primary focus will be ensuring safe operation of fuel supply and recirculation flows, as well as device integration via the Modbus protocol. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop interlock and control logic for pumps and valves in Ladder language. * Create intuitive HMI interfaces for operation, monitoring, and alarm visualization. * Configure and integrate Modbus RTU and TCP communication networks, including integration with BMS. * Conduct internal testing and field commissioning for system activation and validation. * Prepare technical documentation, including: * I/O list * Modbus map * Operation manual * Read and interpret electrical diagrams of automation panels. * Support technical adjustments and improvements during start\-up and post\-commissioning. **Technical Requirements** **PLCs** * Experience with: * Altus (MasterTool) * Schneider (EcoStruxure) * Wecon **Protocols** * Proficiency in Modbus (RTU and TCP), including addressing and register types. **Electrical** * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams of automation panels. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading of electrical projects. * Experience integrating with BMS. * Familiarity with safety standards for classified areas (fuels). **Education** * Technical or Engineering degree in: * Automation * Mechatronics * Electrical Engineering **Desired Profile** * Organized and detail-oriented. * Analytical capability for developing safe interlocks. * Responsible attitude with focus on operational safety. * Availability for field commissioning. * Strong technical communication skills. **Experience Level** We seek a Mid-level professional with practical experience in control logic development and Modbus integration.
