Join our Network too! \#vemprarede **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive customer complaints via tools provided by the company or client (TSA website, Customer Service PA and email, RECLAME AQUI, social media, and Redebrasil’s website). * Report incidents, gather information or solutions from relevant departments, and respond to customers via the complaint entry channel or by phone/email. * Analyze received responses and interact with supervision and management when necessary. * Conduct follow-up on complaints with internal and external departments. * Investigate each complaint case and correctly understand the complaint or request presented—including requests for access to bank websites. * Respond to complaints with quality, objectivity, and consistency, attaching supporting documentation whenever required (system screenshots, call recordings, evidence of accountability, etc.). * Include in the response email the analyst’s name and phone number for direct interaction with the client if needed. * Adhere strictly to response timeframes for complaints addressed to requesting departments, complying rigorously with requested deadlines. * Make occasional contact with customers when necessary, for clarifications and/or corrections. * Monitor customer service and complaint indicators with the responsible coordinator. **Requirements for the Position:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
