




Coordinate CRM strategies and operations, ensuring an integrated customer view, increased retention, loyalty, engagement, and maximization of lifetime value (LTV), through data-driven campaigns, customer journeys, and initiatives within the Telecommunications sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the CRM strategy across digital and traditional channels (SMS, email, push notifications, WhatsApp, app, IVR, etc.). * Plan, execute, and optimize relationship, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and winback campaigns. * Manage customer journeys throughout the lifecycle (onboarding, usage, renewal, churn prevention). * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, BI, Customer Support, and Technology teams. * Lead the CRM analyst team, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and technical development. * Define customer segmentation, business rules, and communication models based on behavior and data. * Monitor KPIs such as churn rate, ARPU, LTV, conversion rate, engagement, and campaign ROI. * Ensure proper use of CRM, marketing automation, and CDP tools. * Ensure compliance with LGPD and best practices in data governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in CRM, preferably within the Telecommunications industry. * Experience leading or managing teams. * Knowledge of relationship marketing campaigns and marketing automation. * Experience with customer base segmentation and analysis of customer data. * Familiarity with CRM and retention metrics. * Understanding of LGPD and customer data management. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$2.900,16; * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance (R$110.00); * CAJU Meal Voucher (R$600.00); * Medical and Psychological Assistance (Telemedicine) + Wellhub; * Travel Benefit – Férias&CO; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
