We manage over 150 thousand hectares of eucalyptus plantations and conservation areas, which also serve as refuge for more than 2,400 species of fauna and flora. **Responsibilities and duties** * Protect company assets by conducting patrols on farms and reporting incidents; * Assist in identifying pests and diseases through forest observations; * Contribute to positive relationships with neighboring property owners by conducting periodic visits; * Identify fire outbreaks through motorized patrols and observation from fire towers; * Ensure personal safety and that of other employees and visitors during work activities; * Occasionally operate firefighting trucks, water tankers, dry cargo trucks, buses, and light vehicles; * Occasionally combat ants using granulated insecticides, clearing firebreaks, and chemical control; * Occasionally support the radio communication center; * Occasionally operate tractors; * Maintain cleanliness of living areas when scheduled, including cleaning facilities and sanitizing drinking fountains; * Maintain farm headquarters by performing minor repairs and keeping vegetation trimmed using brush cutters; * Assist in other company activities, supporting operations as requested and qualified; * Ensure road access by clearing obstructions with chainsaws when necessary; * Conduct asset surveillance via motorized patrols, observation towers, or monitoring centers to detect irregularities and anomalies in forests, access points, and boundaries; * Combat forest fires by driving and operating firefighting trucks; * Record and report incidents to immediate supervision, ensuring conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment under responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Complete elementary school * Driver's License: A/B, preferably D * Must reside in Piratininga **Additional information** Must reside in Piratininga - SP **WE ARE DEXCO** *A multi\-business company and owner of the brands* ***Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Duratex, Castelatto, Ceusa and*** **Durafloor, Dexco** *is the largest manufacturer of industrialized wood panels in Brazil, a leader in the production of ceramic fixtures and sanitary fittings in the Southern Hemisphere, and one of the largest tile manufacturers in the country.
