Description:
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
* Knowledge of reliability engineering and predictive maintenance;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SAP PM, and Power BI;
* Residency in Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tietê SP, Mineiros do Tietê SP, Dois Córregos SP, Jaú SP, São Manuel SP, Macatuba SP, or Lençóis Paulista SP.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead improvement studies and failure analyses for industrial equipment;
* Structure and conduct root cause analyses for events involving reductions and mill shutdowns;
* Conduct continuous improvement studies focused on industrial maintenance;
* Develop RCM and FMEA studies for critical equipment to define optimal maintenance strategies;
* Structure and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans and routes;
* Apply reliability engineering methodologies: FMEA, RCM, LDA, LCC, CPUT, and FRACAS (RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) for failure analysis and elimination, preventing recurrence;
* Plan and execute operational efficiency projects to ensure asset reliability and availability, utilizing FMDS, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and Obeya;
* Develop and optimize risk-based, criticality-based, and failure-behavior-based maintenance strategies, ensuring operational integrity and predictability.
