The Engineering team is responsible for researching new technologies, planning Vivo's network, and driving technological expansion of our products and infrastructure. The Customer Service team ensures speed and quality in repairing, installing, and maintaining B2B and B2C customer lines across fixed, mobile, and TV networks. Through consistent projects and planning, we implement the company's technological evolution, increasing network capacity. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform installations of services requested by customers, including internal and external physical work such as telephone line installation, broadband and subscription TV installation, cabinet wiring, and repair faults in line, data, and TV services efficiently and on schedule, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. * Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, actively participating in health and safety programs; * Work within teams implementing external optical fiber networks to enable end-customer service, ensuring correct completion and configuration of acquired services, resulting in flawless operation of broadband, voice/line, and fiber-optic subscription TV services. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and active Driver's License \- **Category B;** * Experience and skills in manual labor or technical tasks (tools, wires, outlets, electricity); * Experience in customer service; * Ability to work at heights and near electrical networks; * Computer knowledge, Windows and Office Suite; * Daily discipline and professionalism; * Commitment to continuous learning and personal development. **Additional information** See what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
