Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **PREREQUISITES** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Valid CFT (Technical Certification); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Must reside in the Bauru/SP region. **PREFERRED:** * Driver's License Category B RESPONSIBILITIES: * Technically analyze construction projects and maintenance activities approved for execution, defining scheduling for implementation according to current procedures; • Under supervision, schedule construction projects and maintenance activities, identifying necessary power outages for service execution while meeting regulatory deadlines; • Under supervision, plan services to be executed by construction teams through analysis of construction and maintenance scheduling;• Under supervision, monitor deadlines for documents required to execute activities using the current system, in order to request necessary switching operations from the Operations Center (CO) on the electrical system to ensure compliance with execution scheduling; * Seek integration with the technical team for projects and network inspection to ensure process quality and feedback on planned and executed activities; * Analyze the planning, scheduling, and execution process of construction projects to establish a feedback flow and continuous improvement for all stakeholders involved in the process; * Uphold and comply with applicable sustainability management policies and systems as outlined in respective manuals; * Ensure alignment between scheduling and operational bases.
