Assertive attitude and focus on organization Responsibilities and Duties - Execute and monitor procurement processes, from requisition to delivery; * Operate the OMIE platform for data entry, purchase orders, and receipt/entry of invoices in the PROCUREMENT module and procurement management; * Maintain physical inventory in an organized manner and ensure digital inventory is updated with rigorous verification of entries and exits; * Follow checklists for material dispatch and receipt; * Confirm and control documentation related to products moved in inventory; * Collaborate with the finance department to register invoices, bank slips, and documents related to procurement and logistics in the system. * Demonstrate proficiency and special attention to company equipment, especially drones; * Proactively identify process failures and signal deviations; * Adopt a firm and assertive stance to reject processes that do not comply with established standards; * Comply with and uphold company standards regarding organization, control, and safety in procedures.
