The professional will be responsible for tracking requests, analyzing metrics, and identifying improvements, ensuring the efficiency and quality of digital channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** Work in the Digital Solutions area, managing and evolving digital tools such as chatbot, virtual agent, and Pagou Fácil. The professional will be responsible for tracking requests, analyzing metrics, and identifying improvements, ensuring the efficiency and quality of digital channels.
